There are more people than ever going to the SXSW Interactive festival in March – many coming from Britain.
I'd love to show all the attendees how many Brits are at SXSW this year and what great organisations are doing 'over here'. So I had an idea.
I met Dave Hughes at Amplified last year. He was sporting a fantastic "Twitter T-Shirt" – I wanted one myself.
And so I have had an idea to promote UK businesses and people visiting the US for the SXSW Interactive conference – why don't we all wear Twitter Shirts on Saturday 14th March at the event?
- We will all be able to identify each other easily
- Others will see us and ask about the shirts because they are SO desirable
- And we can tell them all about great things we are doing and improve our promotion to the US and the rest of the world.
How about it?
Would you invest £12.50 plus P&P to get yourself one?
Send an email to magiprint@yahoo.co.uk and include this information
- Twitter name
- Size of shirt
- Colour of shirt
- High resolution image of your twitter id (NB to print in good quality the one off the twitter site WON'T be good enough resolution)
- Your address for mailing and phone number – Dave will call you for credit / debit card number for payment.
DEADLINE for ordering is Friday 6th March – then Dave will be able to get the shirt to your UK address before you fly out to the states.
Please help by forwarding this to other Brits who are going to SXSW – but not too loudly – we don't want anything to spoil our fun in advance!
