Congratulations to James Whatley for a fine piece of crisis management on the SpinVox blog.
They have been under fire following a BBC article by Rory Cellan-Jones here , SpinVox's response and his latest rebuttal here .
Kevin has followed the clear rules of how to diffuse a crisis by sticking to the plain facts in his post.
I guess he's also contacting key bloggers direct and answering their specific questions via comments on their blogs.
Best of luck, my friend. Tough times.

Rebecca, you’re a moron.
Whatley is so far out of this depths his feet don’t touch the bottom.- Heard he’s resigning anyway.

PB I have chosen to publish your comment because you do have one useful piece of information in you message.
Calling me a moron is hardly stimulating an adult debate and leaving a fake email address on the comment is childish.
If you choose, you can re-contact me with a revised post. Or I will delete this comment in a week.

So you were right, PB and he did resign but only in the mind of a little TechCrunch sub-editor. Interestingly Paul Carr only just got the news on his Telegraph column.

Excellent blog this creativeagencysecrets.com well done and I am really pleased to view : this it’s just what I needed to know.
It’s taken me literally 2 hours and 23 minutes of searching the web to find creativeagencysecrets.com (not really)
But seriously I am really interested in Agents normally and so I shall be very pleased to become a regular visitor
Thanks and well done!
