Enjoyed my first VRM hub group meeting for a long time last night.  Fantastic views of the city at night.

Adriana challenged us to write down what we wanted from VRM and the range of answers gave good insight.  Then we drew up a list of 'tags' that represented our answers which i enjoyed.

The area where the discussion felt most key work was needed is the personal data store.  Someone online to store your stuff – safely.

James from Plebble was at the meeting as was Rob who I met at the Northern Entrepreneurs Mobile gig on Tuesday.

Plebble rating toolbar has helped me out today…I have a garage to rent in Putney.  And so I found a car park space lettings agency online…. registered… and then noticed how low their ratings were.  Apparently they give poor customer service and don't pass clients money back to them in a timely way.  So I advertised on Gumtree instead.

Helpful.

Rebecca – then you have not been listening to the PAOGA proposition. We are looking to provide a secure personal data store (we call it a ‘digital safe deposit box’ because it is not accessible to anyone, including PAOGA, without the data owners express permission. Keep an eye on my blog http://blog.grahamsadd.com for some significant developments at PAOGA.
Surely Adriana reminded the group that one of the members was addressing this aspect of VRM.
I will try and attend the next meeting.

to be honest, I didn’t stay for the whole soiree and so you may have had a mention that I didn’t hear….

But I’m happy to become a beta tester for you when the time is ripe.
